This training seminar is a day and an half, November 8-9, 2023. This training covers areas of compliance that a company need to be compliant with the DOT/FMCSA regulations. We cover driver qualifications, interstate versus intrastate regulations, drug and alcohol regulations, cargo securement, inspection , repair and maintenance and record keeping. We also cover CDL, Drug and alcohol training for reasonable suspicion. We will show you how to use the SMS and data Q system. We will discuss how to contact the FMCSA when needed and how to complete biennial updates and UCR. We will provide you with a thumb drive that contains many forms needed to stay compliant, from a driver qualification file to maintenance records. This is 12 hours of instruction covered in a day and a half.
